#goodafternoon 「苦労は若いうちに買ってでもしろ」と聞いて久しい。この言葉の意味を典型的な学生二人の行動様式から考えてみた。二人は夫々別の難関と言われる大学に通うも同じスポーツ施設でアルバイトをしている。一人はS大学に家から通うおぼっちゃまタイプの社会派のA氏、もう一方は地方から上京して学費を含め自分で賄う我が道派といえる。我が道派の彼はインストラクションのアイデンティティーの強さから時にKY的と疎まれそうだが、はっきりしていて分かりやすい。彼をB氏としましょう。B氏は学生時代の私と被る部分があってかたまに右脳をぴくぴくさせます（笑）
社会派のA氏はようやく決まった内定にほっとしている様子で（たぶん1社だけなのではと思われる）我が道派のBにどうやって内定複数を採ったの尋ねました。ちなみに、A氏はB氏より名がある大学で一般的なシュウカツ方法でB氏は一般的な就活手段は使っていない。「みんなの就職活動」の話に、えっと言う顔をして、はじめて知らないことがあったかの顔をしたのは初めてかもしれない。それはそうとB氏の話はこうです。インストのアルバイトとは別に金融営業会社でインターン的に働いていたがその営業先やそして普段のコミュニケーションの相手には常にプレゼンを意識して付き合っています。そして人から人へ繋がりながら提案した結果、複数の内定先を得ることになったといいます。
A氏は旅行業界大手、B氏はベンチャーに行くことが決まったようだ。B氏はひとつのことだけを追求するよりも自分の強みを働きながら輪郭をつくってゆき、そして仕事の具体像を探しているようでした。
B氏の、寝る時間が無いほど自転車を漕ぐように、人より多い数のアルバイトや働きと多い年数の大学に通うというスタイルだけを見聞きして、ステレオタイプに、苦労しているのだろうと思った私は恥ずかしかったです。
働くことが趣味と言う彼は、老若男女隔てず接してインストラクションを愉しんでいます。ただしスキルや環境の違う人の殆どを満足させるまでにはいたっていないようです。それでも毎回方法を少しづつ変えながら接する彼の誠実さには、現実の社会への関わりの改善を感じました。
老婆心ながら言わせてもらえば、趣味とは違い実際の組織や社会は更に硬直している見えない壁や問題があり、問題が放置された状態で本質的改善が一体なんなのか判らないことが多々あります。しかしながら愉しむ心そして、リーダシップを向上させること、そして具体的なハッピーwinな確固たる解決策（と主体性）があるならば、周囲から労苦を請け負うことが売名だのKYだのという疎ましくまたは揶揄される事をも超えることができ、やがて同じ思いの仲間と出会うことでしょう。
そのためにも（主体性をあげる唯一の方法であるリーダーシップを向上（開発）するには）、若いうちに苦労である現実の社会の問題解決に関わる勇気、時にステレオタイプから外れながら、そして問題から目をそらさずに誠実にトライすること、が強く必要とされていると感じています。
